Connect the dashboard to your playback software
The Playback Bridge is a small free companion app for Windows and macOS that runs on the same computer as your DJ software. VenueCue™ talks to it on your own machine — never over the internet — and it drives the software for you. Pairing needs a code you read off your own screen, so nothing can touch your decks unless you are sitting at them.
Load and play from the Playlist
Send the chosen song to a free deck and start it, without searching for it again by hand.
Auto-cue the next one
As soon as an item is marked Played, the next song can be cued up ready to go.
Played, from what really played
Where the software reports its decks, items are marked Played on the evidence — not from memory.
Teaching tempo
Slow a track down to walk through a dance, take it from the top, then hand the tempo back.

On VirtualDJ, push the queue into Automix and take control back whenever you want it.
What it can do depends on your software
- VirtualDJ — the deepest connection: load, play, cue, tempo, live deck information back, Played marked automatically, and Automix hand-over.
- Mixxx — play, cue and tempo, and Mixxx reports its decks back; tracks are loaded by hand, because Mixxx has no way to let another program load them.
- Serato, Traktor, rekordbox and djay Pro — these offer no way in at all, so the Bridge acts as a MIDI controller: play, cue and tempo work, but nothing comes back, so nothing is marked Played for you.
